Superb service! They got back to me real quick about my question, and the products are top-notch. Definitely recommend!

The return and exchange process was a letdown.

I got a Medium, but the shirts fit smaller than expected, so I reached out to PLAYA for an exchange. They provided me with an address to send it back. I've shopped with smaller apparel brands many times, and this is the first instance where I had to cover my own shipping costs for an exchange, or where they didn’t provide a return label. After sending it back, I didn’t hear a peep for over a week. I had to email them to check in. They said they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. Still in the dark about what’s happening or when I’ll get my shirt. I really dig their clothes, so this is a bummer. Honestly, I wouldn’t suggest ordering from them.

I absolutely adore this shirt. However, the package I got was just unacceptable, all messed up, filthy, and ripped.

I haven't received the clothing I ordered, and since I made the payment, there’s been no word from the company except for the order confirmation a month back. I’ve tried reaching out through the contact email they provided, but no luck. I’d be happy to update this review if someone from the company steps in to help me get my clothes that I’ve been waiting on for ages.

EDIT: After I reached out to the company, they not only sent me the clothes, but they also included an extra shirt as an apology for the delay. It turned out there was a technical glitch with my order, but in the end, everything got resolved. The shirts are awesome!

Awesome shirt and vibe. Fast delivery. This is my new favorite top for the warm months. Next time, I’ll grab a larger size for a more laid-back fit.
